Who we are

This website is run by the organisers of the Ndi Igbo Worldwide Cultural Carnival (Enugu, 28–30 December 2026). Contact: info@ndigbofest.com.

What we collect

• Name, email and password when you Register or Sign in.
• Ticket orders, complimentary ticket PINs, and payment references if you buy a pass.
• Vendor booth details and product photos if you apply as a vendor.
• Messages you type to Nneka (to answer you, not to sell).
• Newsletter email if you subscribe in the footer.

We do not ask for your BVN or bank password. Vendor registration is paid by bank transfer and checked by an administrator. Card payments (if used later for tickets or a vendor’s own shop) go through Paystack. We never store full card numbers on this site.

Why we use it

To run your account, issue tickets, show programme and pioneers, approve vendors, and send carnival updates you asked for. We do not sell your list to advertisers.

Who can see it

Super Admins and Admins of this carnival. Our hosting (Vercel), database/login (Supabase, EU), and Paystack if you pay. Photos you upload may appear on the public site if an admin publishes them.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. It is required for Admin. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email info@ndigbofest.com to see, correct or delete your account. Gate staff may still need a ticket record for the event dates.

Photos at the carnival

The public event may be photographed. If you do not want your face used, tell the organisers at the gate.
