The website

This platform publishes the carnival, tickets, programme, pioneers and vendors. It is not a bank. Ticket prices appear only after an organiser Saves them. Empty tickets means none are on sale yet.

Accounts

Register with your own email. Do not share the Super Admin password. New sign-ups are guests. Only an existing Super Admin or Admin can raise someone’s role. We may freeze an account that tries to break the site or harass others.

Tickets and money

Paid tickets go through Paystack. A complimentary ticket is free and issued only by staff; it is not a fake payment. Refunds follow the organisers’ published rule for that edition. A PIN at the gate is proof of entry, not a souvenir to copy.

Vendors

A booth is not live until Admin Approves it. Vendor card sales use that vendor’s own Paystack keys — never the carnival account. If a vendor has no key, customers pay cash at the booth; cash is unpaid until the vendor confirms receipt. The carnival is not liable for a vendor’s products or their payment account.

Content

Words and photos you Save must be true and yours to use. Do not upload hate, sexual content involving minors, or other people’s work without permission. Igbo language risk is treated as a warning, not “extinct”.

The event

Dates: 28–30 December 2026, Enugu, Michael Okpara Square unless organisers publish a change. Weather, security or government order can alter the programme. This site will not invent speakers or attendance numbers.
